Linking Sicily with it’s ancient Greek history, this garden takes the myth of the River god Alpheous and his muse Arethusa. She hid herself in a cloud to escape his advances before dripping back into the river and across the sea to emerge in a fountain in Ortygia, in Sicily. The plants are mostly natives and represent high biodiversity working with Catania University horticultural department.
