Should you require us to follow the build of your garden we are happy do so. This involves regular site meetings with contractors and feedback in the form of written and photographic reports. It allows us to ensure the integrity of the design is met, keeps a close record of budget and planning of the project and deals with all contractor issues and contact. The contractors are retained exclusively by the client, and the project management fee is usually 10% of the agreed garden budget.
